Ah, Old Harry Rocks! This magnificent rock formation, steeped in legend, is said to be named after the notorious pirate, Harry Paye. Tales whisper that Harry found these very rocks an ideal hiding place from which to ambush unsuspecting vessels. The labyrinthine caves within the headland served as perfect hiding spots for his ill-gotten treasures.

Dorset Red is a truly unique cheese, crafted through an overnight cold-smoking process over oak chips, which imparts a distinctively mellow and smoky flavour. Visually captivating and delightfully flavourful, its rich amber hue is achieved through the addition of annatto, a natural colouring agent frequently used in fine cheese making.
